We build the calculator from published CMS premium and threshold figures and take accuracy seriously, but the underlying figures, dollar thresholds, and dates change annually and can contain errors. Projected plan years are inflation-indexed estimates, not confirmed figures. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Goggles LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any decision you make based on the site or its estimates. Your sole remedy if you're dissatisfied is to stop using the site.
